Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 261 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to all 261 services, websites, mobile browser versions, and related operations. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from using 261. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in online betting and gaming in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registering for a 261 account requires accurate and complete information. 261 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account registered with false or misleading details.
Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all associated accounts will be closed.
User Key Responsibilities:
- Keep your password secure and do not share it with any third party
- Report any unauthorized access to your account to 261 immediately
- Cooperating with the KYC (Identity Verification) Process
- No use of fraudulent activity, bots, or automated software
- No actions that disrupt the normal operation of the platform
Reasons for Account Suspension & Closure

- Multiple Account Management
- Suspicious Transaction Activity
- Bonus Abuse or Manipulation
- Fraudulent attempts against the platform
- Extended inactivity (per policy)
Payments, Transactions & BDT Policy
All financial transactions on 261 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Each payment method has its own processing time and minimum limit.
KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests cannot be handled without verification. Applicable rollover or wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing deposited funds or winnings.
261 does not support money laundering or any illegal financial activity. If a suspicious transaction is identified, 261 reserves the right to cancel that transaction and notify the relevant authorities. Funds held in a user's account are non-interest-bearing and are not considered investments.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in the associated account being immediately suspended pending investigation. For legitimate disputes, please contact the 261 support team directly.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitations of Liability
The 261 platform is for personal entertainment only. Reselling access, offering it as a subscription service, or placing bets on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
261 strives to provide uninterrupted service wherever possible, but accepts no liability for the following:
- Losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues
- Delays or Failures by Third-Party Payment Services
- Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government directives)
- Issues caused by the user's own device or network
261 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error and will endeavor to notify the affected user in advance.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Matters
All content on the 261 platform — including logos, designs, software, game content, text, and media — is the intellectual property of 261 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using this content for any purpose other than personal use is strictly prohibited.
261 partners with third-party game providers, payment processors, and data analytics companies. These third-party services operate under their own terms and conditions, and 261 is not directly responsible for their operations.

Terms Updates, Account Policy & Governing Law
261 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Upon your first login after any changes, the updated terms will be displayed and your acceptance may be required. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.
Account Inactivity Policy
If an account remains completely inactive for 12 months or more, it may be flaged as a dormant account. 261 reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee to such accounts; however, users will be notified by email before the balance reaches zero.
